A Day in Your Life
Every day is different, but here's what a typical shift might look like.
Opening Prep
Grind fresh beans, set up espresso machines, stock pastries. Morning playlist sets the vibe.
Morning Rush
The café fills up! You're steaming milk, pulling shots, greeting regulars by name, and keeping the energy high.
Mid-Morning Break
30-minute paid break. Enjoy a free drink and maybe try that new pastry recipe.
Creative Time
Practice latte art, help train a new barista, or experiment with a new seasonal drink idea.
Lunch Service
Different crowd, different drinks. More cold brews and iced lattes as the day warms up.
Afternoon Shift Change
Hand off to evening crew or stay for closing. Clean equipment, restock supplies, prep for tomorrow.

Do I need experience?
No experience required! We provide comprehensive training for everyone. Whether you've never made a latte or you're a coffee enthusiast, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
What are the hours like?
We offer flexible scheduling for both full-time and part-time positions. Shifts typically range from opening (6 AM) to closing (8 PM). We work with students, parents, and anyone needing schedule flexibility.
How much can I earn?
Starting pay is ₹10,000-15,000/month for part-time and ₹25,000-40,000/month for full-time positions, plus tips which typically add ₹2,000-5,000/month. Full-time baristas also receive health insurance and paid time off.
Can I advance my career?
Absolutely! Many of our store managers started as baristas. The typical path is: Barista → Shift Supervisor → Assistant Manager → Store Manager. We promote from within whenever possible.
What if I'm still in school?
We love hiring students! We offer flexible part-time schedules that work around classes. Plus, we provide educational support for eligible team members pursuing their studies.
